Have you tried using a file manager app on your devices, like ES or Total Commander to see if it will recognise the camera as an external drive? If they don't, a card reader should be seen but may need drivers.

Do the devices work with OTG cables? Do a search for your devices & OTG. If so, you can get an OTG cable & a tiny Micro SD card/USB adapter (I bought some Sandisk cards from Costco that came with both adapter types, one for camera & one to USB).

Then use use a micro SD card with card adapter in the camera, then remove the micro SD card from camera & plug it into the very small USB adapter, then into the OTG cable, then into your tablet device micro USB connection. A good file manager app should see the Micro SD card & be able to copy or move the files to your device. AFAIK, OTG cables / devices, will only read FAT32 formatted cards. A bit clumsy but pretty fast via cable / card transfers vs. Wifi & if your devices allow OTG cables, it can work & file manager apps are simple.
