Should I buy a Panasonic G7 or a 45mm 1.8 lens for my nx300? AF and- low light in video -my priority

Sorry to bring out this subject again, but, I need to make a urgent decision. There is a great deal with the Panasonic G7. I don't know if I should buy it though.

I have a NX300m with a slow AF lens (20-50), but it has a screen for selfies. I also buy the Zoom H1 for áudio. What is lacking to shot vídeo with my Nx30 now is good low light, and also a fast AF lens.

I don't care about 4k, at least not for now (I don't have sufficent CPU power). I don't mind waiting for the new 4k cameras that might arrive next year. So I was wondering what should I buy now:

The Panasonic G7 (with its kit lenses);

or

The 45mm F1.8 NX lens?

Is the AF of the G7 the same in speed has the NX300 with the 45mm lens? Is it worst?

Are they very diferente in low light situations (the G7 and the NX300 with the 45mm lens)?

How fast can I expect the AF speed to be of the 45mm lens with my NX300? Much slower than the AF of the NX500 with its kit lens? Slower than the Sony A6000?

Thanks
