Yes - the main point to note is if you want the fastest speeds when transferring the image files to a computer, get the fastest speed cards you can afford and also, if not already installed, get USB3 - a PCIe card is the cheapest way to install such a facility but you will also need a USB3 card reader to complement that.  Not expensive for either.
