New PS CC is buggy
1

I just upgraded to the latest version of PS CC (2015.1) and I have run into several issues.

The first one was with Liquify. I found a workaround here: https://fstoppers.com/photoshop/photoshop-cc-2015-update-raises-liquify-rendering-problem-102027

Then, after an hour of editing I noticed a very odd pattern in the photo. To my bad luck it was introduced at the very beginning of the editing and it has to do with rotation. If I rotate an image, let say 0.5 degrees, it get a pattern. These images show it. Is there a way to rollback PS CC to a previous version until Adobe fixes these issues?

Original image before rotation:

Image after 0.5 rotation: (Notice the horizontal and vertical lines forming a pattern)
