Still loving my white Pentax K-50 especially with the 35mm f2.4 AL

My favorite Pentax prime so far is the 35mm f2.4.  I like my 50mm DA 1.8 ok, but think maybe I could still get a better copy (or just get a 70mm f2.4 instead).  The thing I love about my 35mm f2.4 AL is that its one of the most consistent lenses I've used out of any brand.  Granted its not amazingly bright, but the field curvature is very consistent with no 'strange' or 'soggy' corners, etc.  Often when I shoot smaller sensor/lenses I am annoyed at how often I may have to stop down.  It doubles for a landscape wide open edge to edge shot, or group portrait, etc.  I like that it pretty much acts like a 50mm on FF at f3.6, etc shot wide open and not where I have to feel the utmost need to stop down and essentially shoot a f5.6 equivalent shot, etc.

I like bringing the smaller Pentax for high dynamic range which deals easily with harsh lighting.

Thinking of getting a 70mm f2.4 (dunno is it a similar design to the 35mm f2.4 where a no wobble lens assembly/group moves as focus changes)?  For some reason I think the 35mm f2.4 which has the entire barrel move in and out seems to make for very consistent frame sharpness.
