G9X - My First Impression

Just for run, another comparison pictures. Sorry, I should have zoomed up G9X to match the focal lengths! Other than that, similar settings. Taken at night, indoor, under incandescent light. Auto WB. Auto ISO set to 1250.

At full monitor size, both look equally sharp to me where focused. But if you zoom up and pixel peek, then you can see the difference. But then again, Sony picture is a more close up, so it's probably not very fair to say this. In any case, I think Canon performance is pretty impressive.

Canon was taken at f/2 and Sony at f/1.8. Definitely more bokeh from Sony, due to the larger sensor size. The Canon picture shows the stains on the desk cover much more clearly. LOL
