Re: Similar composition pictures from Sony A6000 with prime lenses

I still cannot get over how tiny G9X is. I read the specs so I knew what to expect, but seeing it in person and feeling it inside my hand was a totally different experience. Just for fun, I've attached a picture of the two cameras I carried yesterday, A6000 with 50mm prime and G9X. I didn't realize this before seeing them side by side in real life, but you will notice the size difference more in 3D than in 2D. And the weight difference!! G9X truly feels like a "baby" size-wise but its performance, NOT.

Note: A6000 is considered small for an APS-C ILC.

And the touch screen interface is really well designed. Like others said, it is very easy to change settings. I am still new to photography and this allows me to easily experiment, which is a BIG plus for a newbie like me. And I can easily pass G9X to my daughter to take pictures; easier to hold in her small hands and the touch focus is super useful. With A6000, she has trouble keeping the heavy prime lens up (my head was cut off in some of the pictures she took LOL), and I have to completely rely on AF to find the right focus point because A6000 has no touch focus.
