How can you play 4k 30P smoothly but not 4k 24P if your computer is too slow? 4k 30P demands more power than 4k 25P.

GH4 has nothing wrong but your display setup affects how the 24P judder shows.

Can you setup your system to work in 24Hz? If I watch GH4 24P clips with TV media player it adjusts the whole TV system to 24Hz and clips plays without any additional judder other than normal 24P.

Yes, as I mentioned in my previous reply to Left Eye, it's the monitor that's the issue. I just tried my work monitor on my personal machine, and Cinema 4K at 24 fps plays perfectly smooth even on my i5 machine.

Also... I actually never said it's my GH4's fault (there was only a suspicion and I was really afraid something is really wrong with it after I purchased it... a lot of money, and of course you are afraid), I simply thought my PC was underpowered. But Left Eye's post is actually an eye opener (not just left one, but both

It's the monitor really, nothing else. My new LED LCD BENQ actually makes it look really bad just because it can not auto-adjust. It appears old Philips is much better to work with when it comes to 24 fps footage. Too bad, sharpness of its image is not even close to my BENQ.
