GX7 Night Portrait Scene Mode: possible to change ISO?

I recently played with the Night Portrait scene mode in my GX7, and found it good enough for taking photos of family members during travel, however one thing bothered me is that, for good IQ it uses ISO 200 with flash, and since the light condition is bad in night, the shutter speed is still slow, between 1/4 sec to 1 sec. Although GX7 has IBIS, I still find it not enough, half of the photos I got are blurred.

So I wonder if there's a way to change the ISO from 200 to something like 800 or even 1600, so that I can get faster shutter speed?

Alternatively, I also tried to figure out what the night portrait mode does. I tried P mode with flash but only the people are bright while the background scene is dark, I guess maybe the combination of longer shutter speed and a weaker flash is just for getting both foreground and background clear?

Thanks!
