The whole camera market is declining. You have to consider the strong possibility that actually Samsung are no longer interested in the camera market.
"No Longer INterested" do you think Samsung is a moody teenage girl who changes her mind over night after millions of dollars in R&D? Samsung does not have a track record of investing millions in a segment and then backing out, do you realize they make vaccum cleaners? I've never even seen one at a store, and haven't bought one in 5-7 years, but they're still making them.
No Samsung is exactly the opposite of "a moody teenage girl". Samsung is a pragmatic, financially astute company that knows when it can make a profit and if it can't isn't afraid to pull the plug.
I'm not sure what vacuum cleaners have got to do with it and I suspect neither are you. But they did exit the laptop market, no?
Laptops = D-SLR's
Tablets = Mirrorless, and who is the 2nd largest tablet maker?
And what has happened to tablet sales?
Classic fallacy, so you think the number of people who use the internet is also declining? and the number of people who take photos is declining aswell?
Like I said earlier, we'll revisit this page on 2018, maybe then all cameras and tablets have been replaced by Google Glasses
Maybe you didn't get the vacum cleaner analogy, but if you don't get this one I can't help you
So, rather than wasting my time logically retort an emotional argument, we can revisit this post in 3-years and see which direction the Rhino went, I've bookmarkedd the page see you in 11/21/2018
I'll look forward to that.
