That is not really valid question. As far as I know, lens acts as the first one, then goes the shutter. Shutter waits for the lens and camera body to focus and confirm, then it releases itself. You need to focus on Camera AF qualities and certain lens qualities. It depends on so many things! What focusing systém and motors that lens uses, how long it travels for certain refocus, how much of the focusing range you use, and so on. Different lenses can yield very different results.
