NX300M and noicy night photos

Hi! A newbie checking in....

Maybe a multipossible answer - question!

Were out shooting the other night, quite satisfied with the photos but I saw some noice in the pictures with some red and bluish spots. Used ISO100 and 3 sec. shutterspeed, f 5/6. Long exposure noicereduction on.

Why do I get these spots? It shouldn´t depend on heat buildup in the sensor however it was just 1-2 degrees C so quite cold, can the camera react on the cold weather or is it due to the lens? Or anything else...;)

Shot the pictures with a manual Pentacon 50mm/1.8 lens

The spots are mainly visible in the sky
