I have seen that before.........in SPP use the monochrome mode, or just desaturate the image. If the faint color is still there it is your monitor. Zoom in a little on the desaturated image and scroll the image up & down and you'll notice the faint tint in that area of the image will move up & down with the image.

Don't know the technical reason for that happening, but for a while I had a second hand IPS monitor that was on its last legs and some regions of a monochrome image with a certain level of brightness/luminance seemed to have a very slight color cast.
