I had the D750 for 8 months now, and did not notice any focus problems until it came back from Nikon service, shutter and entire front replaced..
I went out for an night event, and noticed that camera had problems catching the right focus or sometimes it took forever to focus it..
I did not notice it before, maybe the replacement made it worse? I shoot this events with a D300 before, and it was focusing without problems at night..
the reason I brought it to nikon, while when shooting real estate inside, with tokina 16-28mm the camera sometimes did not focus at all had to turn it on and off.. But I think it was the lens, unfortunately tokina even amazing photos, I read has also focus problems..
