Thanks all for the discussion.
I had not seriously considered the GM5 because I didn't realise it has a built in viewfinder.
Perfect camera on paper. Why does anyone buy anything else? What have I missed?

Here is my short list for my personal needed that camera doesn't fill and why:

- dials too short travel so it is difficult to quickly adjust settings

- no tilt rear display

- small EVF and in the corner.

- too tiny for needed objectives like Olympus PRO line (and those are small for what they are)

- battery incompatible with other systems

- it is Panasonic menu system (a mess, no features as needed)

- not enough Fn buttons

- No good IS possibility (like 5-axis).

But.... I really like about GM5, I own GM1 and I like it as is with 12-32mm but it is less useful than snapshotting in emergency situations where I have time to twiddle with the camera.

But those ain't for me as how I need camera to perform.

Just got a new E-P5 and while it isn't much smaller than example E-M1 or much bigger than GM1, it fits to pockets well and it supports and has what I need. It is on its limits but it is just OK enough.

If I would just use 12-32mm and short primes like 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and mayby 30mm, I could consider it for a while but as I have a very tiny bag for E-M1 + PRO Trinity, I would need to carry it as well with that GM5 and swap way more, limit myself to positions etc.

I paid for E-P5 with 25mm f/1.8 as special deal for 299€ with 2.5 years warranty. I could have got GM5 with 12-32mm for 379€ but....  Not for me.

I do hope Olympus would make a E-PM model that is exactly size of GM1 but with dual dials etc. Could even come with just 3-axis IBIS.
