It sort of depends on what size pocket. Do you mean a jacket pocket? Side pocket of some cargo shorts or trousers? For me those are the types of pockets I care about. For some people when they say pocket they mean the back pocket of some tight jeans so they are looking for something more like the size of a Canon S95 or smartphone. I will assume that you are like me and mean a jacket pocket or cargo pocket. I have found that there are several aspects of a camera that are important in that case:

1 - size

2 - shape

3 - weight

At the large end of what might work is an E-M10 or E-M10II without the extra grip. The size and weight with a pancake lens are at the high end of what might work though. The shape with the EVF hump is a negative. Good camera though and might be worth considering. The GX7 is also pretty good and the shape is somewhat better, but the size is a little larger. All of these have IBIS.

There is also the LX100 (24-75mm f1.7-2.8), but it isn't really much smaller than the E-M10/E-M10II with a pancake lens.

People here have said that some of the later, but not latest, PEN E-PL models have serious shutter shock problems so be careful about which you get. I think it may be only the latest E-PL7 that is okay. Not sure about that though so you should investigate.

The GM5 is really small and light. I have held it several times at stores. No IBIS.

I have been trying to find something also. I can't find any good choices right now though. I am sort of thinking about for now just taking the extra grip off my E-M10 or E-M10II and trying that in a cargo pocket.  I think it will feel too heavy though.
