Very nice photos. I also use NX3000 and I'm happy. For your photos you used the 30mm f2?
Yes - I nearly always use the 30mm F2 when flying as I can only operate the camera with one hand (I need the other to be flying the 'plane) and so a zoom lens is not appropriate. I sometimes use the 16mm F2.4 but the wide angle means much detail is lost if I want to crop. With the sharpness of the 30mm F2 I can often crop quite severely and still have a good aerial photo.
Normally you would use say F8-F11 for landscape work, but with much of the ground being a similar distance from the lens I nearly always set the aperture to F2-F4 in order to get fastest shutter speed as there is a often a fair amount of movement of my hand due to turbulence.
I love this camera/lens combo as it really is just right for most of my needs and very inexpensive outlay for best image quality.
As I was glancing at your photos (a little envious, I love flying in small aircraft) I noticed the use of large apertures with your aerial photos. I'm glad you mentioned it because I was really curious, I didn't consider the shake involved.
