Why so limited exposure tools in video?
1

Panasonic m4/3 and Olympus too has severe limitations in video exposure.

There are no max iso limit, no auto iso in M, no exposure values showing and ugly stepping apertures. Even the video monster GH4 lacks those options.

All the same options are there for photos. Why not for video? Lazy programming? They have made so many generations of cameras that it should be possible to add these features. They must have the knowledge. Why limit important tools? Will they figure these options for next generation? Are they saving these tools for new models to improve sales? Are they protecting professional video cameras?

There are so many useless features like teaching family member names to camera etc. but no basic exposure tools.

I have ruined many video sessions or shots because my GH4 wont do what I want or not showing what it is doing.

Hello Panasonic etc. Give us proper exposure features in coming cameras. Sorry but I must remind this issue year after year.
