I could understand if you said you were having difficulties with the company which seem very language based but you tell the whole world not to trade with this company as if they were some two bit grey market company. Do not forget that their reaction to this may be not to trade Samsung or with the English speakers.

These internet rants over a specific difficulty especially across borders seems a bit OTT. They are not supposed to be doing anything and may just be trying to help people who cannot source locally though it may be more trouble than it is worth for them. So I am just as bemused by your post. Different perspectives.

I don't know, if you have an English webpage (for selling), you are supposed to manage English (to communicate with your customers), don't you think?

But, I insist that not answering custoner emails has nothing to do with languages, don't you think?

(Maybe I'm dumb but sometimes I'm pretty surprised with some posts)
