Nikon 55-200mm VR Review
1

I really only use this lens for when I need a long range focal length, and this lens is good for when I'm at the zoo shooting animals (don't take that too seriously).

PROS:

Inexpensive

Good quality build/ images

Nice range

Vibration Reduction (VR) is nice, especially with the long range

The front (where you put your filters) doesn't turn, so polarizers/ graduated filters are fine when focusing

CONS:

Plastic mount (it feels like it'll break of my camera body any time

Only goes down to f/4

This lens is pretty good, accept the plastic mount... just don't hit it with a rubber mallet when it's on your camera
