Help setup rebel t5

Hi folks,

New to the forum and new to DSLR as I have only shot with point and shoot. I have just setup a small photo studio to take pictures of our ecommerce t shirts. They are mainly black tees, but a few are burgundy, white and brown tees.

I purchased the limo studio on an ecommerce site and this is what I have:

Camera: EOS Rebel T5 EF-S 18-55 IS II Kit

LimoStudio Photo Video Studio 10Ft Adjustable Muslin Background Backdrop Support System Stand
Savage Seamless Background Paper, 53" wide x 12 yards, Super White, #1
Male Fiberglass Invisible--Ghost Mannequin Manikin Torso Form
(2) x LimoStudio 86" Tall Studio High Output Umbrella Flash Strobe Light Stand
(1) x LimoStudio 28" Tall Studio Quality High Output Accent Light Table Top Light Stand
(3) x LimoStudio Studio Single Head Photo Lighting Fluorescent Light Holder
(3) x LimoStudio Digital Full Spectrum Light Bulb 45W Photo CFL 6500K, Daylight Balanced, Pure White
(1) x Convenient Umbrella Carry Case | (1) x Bulb carry bag

Ok, now to the fun part. If someone can just help me setup my camera I would be greatful. I feel overwhelmed by the features as I am just use to point and click and just a basic setup. But I want the shirts to look better than what I have been doing with a point and click camera.

I have been reading about white balance gray card to get that setting right and looking to use 5500k bulb unless someone else has a better recommendation for shooting tees. The setup came with 6500k bulbs.

Ok, so I think I can maybe get past the white balance but unsure about what other settings I should use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
