I really like Nikon P7800 as my "pocketable" compact camera. It is not a par for speed with my DSLRs but it is great when I travelling and photography isn´t my target but can occurs occasionally.

  • 1/1.7" sensor
  • Great 28-200 (equiv at FF) lens
  • Raw capable
  • Very good JPEG engine
  • EVF
  • Completely movable rear LCD
  • Three user configurable setup banks direct from dial: U1, U2, U3 besides PASM
  • Very robust
  • Embedded flash that also can fire remote flashes (CLS system)
  • Very good VR
  • External mic input
