I USED to carry an Oly E-PL5 with a 17mm 2.8 as my "walk around, pocket camera" to compliment my EM-1.  I found that I never used it because I couldn't fit it in a pocket, at least not in the warmer months.  I found that I was using it less and less so I sold the E-PL5.
Recently I took a trip to the PNW and rented a Sony RX100 iv to use as my pocket camera and what a pleasure it was to use.  Definitely pocket-able with great IQ and easy handling.  I did use my EM-1 for a lot of my hiking and landscape pictures but the RX100 was always in my pocket for general in-city, touristy/out to dinner situations.

I would highly recommend renting one for yourself and giving it a try, I'm already sold.  Going to pull the trigger on one soon and even convinced a buddy to buy it as well.  I know the price tag is high but I would even recommend the earlier versions as well.
