A7RII vs A7SII

So, I was planning to buy the A7RII at the end of the year, but with the newly announces A7SII I'm wondering which is the better option.
The advantage of the A7RII is obviously the much higher resolution.
While the A7SII has 120fps slow mo ability and better low light performance.
At least those are the major differences as far as I can tell.

The low light performance of the A7R seems good enough to me, but the resolution vs HFR trade-off is a lot more of a difficult decision.

I've been shooting with M43 until now, so I'm not really familiar with how these FF cameras perform... but can anyone tell me how much of a difference I am likely to see between the 12mp and 42mp sensors in terms of IQ, DR, and post processing latitude?

(I generally don't need to make large prints, but I do obviously care about the IQ etc)
