After having and using the Benro produced MeFoto tripods and monopods for a year or so I switched to the excellent Sirui line.

I use my Sirui T-025X 52" Carbon Fiber Tripod with my E-M1, with lenses as large as the Oly 40-150 F2.8 and have found it both remarkably stable and a joy to carry around. Quite stable, and the carbon fiber construction seems significantly better at dampening vibrations than an even substantially heavier aluminum tripod (an inherent characteristic, I believe of carbon fiber composites).

The legs lock at 3 different angles and you can remove the center column for low angle shooting down to 4.3 inches. Folds to 11.8" and weighs only 1.7 lbs.  The only potential downside of the T-025X is the height: a maximum of 54.5" (works fine for me though, at 5'10").

I did replace the original Sirui C-10X Ball Head with the Sirui G-10 G10X G Series Ball Head and put the C-10X Ball Head on my (also great) SIRUI P-326 6 Section Carbon Fiber Monopod.

Both ballheads, BTW, are Arca Swiss, which I *far* prefer to the chunky Manfroto style.
