The s5 takes bluish pics. Very noticeable compared to the iPhone 6.

iPhone 6: 8mp - Galaxy S5 (Feb 2014 model) 16mp
You forgot a point to your post. 99% of pics taken on a phone are viewed only on a phone so the pixel count difference is completely moot.
Wow! wow!, you have personally run a worldwide survey and it does point to your 99%, right?
It would be really moot if you iPhone guys view your pics only on your iWatch!
Plus, just like p&s digicams, you get diminishing returns on packing a tiny sensor with a tiny lens into a device.
I forgot to mention the s5 has heavy handed detail smearing for high iso. I phone 6 leaves in a good mix of detail and grain in comparison.
Look, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, just show us how detailed your iPhone pics are at 100% crop.
You realize "100%" view is extremely relative to the screen used, right? My 9 year old computer screen vs. My high res tab s 8 in my hand now shows 100% very different. My tablet views it much smaller than a 96 ppi desktop screen! 100% view is a view for measurebators only!
Your line of argument is touching the ridicule. 9 yr old computer screen? Wow, now I know why you think your 8mp camera is better.
As I said, if your pics are viewed on iWatch, then you may even need 3 mp camera, but many of us do view our photos on our latest model monitors and some even get them printed large as pointed out by perry rhodan.
Also 100%, do you have photoshop on your PC? just show us your 100% crop or admit it cannot match the S5 pics, end of the story.
Look mate that discussion ends here, I down want to waste any more of my time, adios, enjoy your iPhone.
Here is one of mine.
