Why consider the E-M1 at all if you are disappointed with its noise even at ISO 200? Consider FF. Get the Sony A7R II if you can find the right lenses, and cope with their weight and prices. It's like an E-M1 on steroids, just as small and similarly shaped and it's has 5-axis IBIS, great PDAF too, plus numerous advantages, like high MP, 4K, ... and for you better noise performance at higher ISO. M43 is about getting pretty good, but not the highest, performance and features in most areas in a lighter package. I don't think there will be much improvement in the E-M1 II, if the 20 MP in the GX8 is any indicator. It's not impossible though that Sony has a better M43 sensor though, but no miracles.
