Looking for buying advice

I current own:

Nikkor 14-24 f/2.8 AF-S

Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 AF-S

Nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 AF-S VR

Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 AF-S

Nikkor 85mm f/1.4 AF-S

I shoot many landscape, travel, nature, street and only occasionnally people.

I'm considering selling the 24-70 and replacing it with a Nikkor 35 f/1.4 AF-S.

My thinking is it would make for a better landscape complement to my 14-24 by adding low light capabilities with the faster aperture.  For street photograpy it would be better.  The main thing I would miss would be a travel walking lens.  For that I would have to keep another prime or two handy in a pocket.  Otherwise, it just seems to ne that a 24-70 is a wedding lens, and I will never  do weddings.  As a walk around its great, but with a reasonable set of primes I think I would have that covered too.

Any comments?

I expect a lot of folks will propose the Sigma over the Nikon.  I get the price difference but I don't hear much else that is has to prefer.  I'll pay to get what I really want.  That part is the easy decision.  The hard decision is to give up the 24-70 which I ise so much.
