Canon 600d exposure simulation not working when overexposed.

So I have the 600d and it works just fine but yesterday using the LiveView I noticed that when the settings are overexposed(10 sec f4 in bright light) the LiveView shows the normal picture. I remember that it used to show very bright screen when the picture is to get overexposed but now it won't. Although when the picture is to get underexposed - the Exp. Simulation works fine and shows underexposed preview in the LV. Also I noticed that when overexposing( even a little) - the Exp. Simulation notice starts blinking(wich means that it doesn't work).

In the manual is written that on 600d Exposure Simulation is always ON, so I couldn't have turned it off somehow(and there is no such thing in the menu ).

I found an article with the same problem on 5Dmk2 . But there is no solution..

Hard reset won't work. Changing lenses, turning on without a lens - nope. Inserting a card with MagicLantern doesn't help either.

It's a fun fact that about a year ago when I was on vacation in Prague the same problem occured and I somehow fixed it(but I can't remember how) so I'm sure that there's a cure..

So I'm searching for help

I hope my english is understandable
