A7Rii versus Sony SLT-A99 for action

I currently have the original A7R and a Sony A99. I kept the A99 and A-Mount glass for certain instances where the A7R wasn't suitable ie. quiet concerts where the shutter was too loud or for photographing fast action.

The A7Rii interests me because it has a silent shutter mode but I wanted to know if it is at least as good at focusing and tracking fast moving objects (with native lenses) as the A99. What are your experiences so far?

Ideally if the A7Rii is at least as good as the A99 in this respect then I will take the decision to sell it and most (but not all) of my A-Mount lenses. To be honest the A99 hasn't seen that much use anyway since I got the original A7R. I'm not convinced Sony will continue to support this mount either.

I'd be interested in hearing your feedback
