Have had mine a couple months, used primarily on the E-M1 but also the smaller, gripless E-M5. Yes, it's large compared against the m4/3 lens suite but much smaller than equivalent 4/3 lenses I also use, so in many instances represents a significant weight savings. Importantly it focuses MUCH faster and seems quite sharp across the zoom range. Constant aperture is a welcome addition for shooting in M and A modes.

It won't be absurdly large on an E-M10, especially with the auxiliary grip. Internal zoom means the balance doesn't change when zooming. And when minimum size is wanted, stripping the tripod collar and hood slim it down considerably.

I continue to use the plastic fantastic kit 40-150 when I need the smallest size possible. No lens delivers more for the money, but the Pro adds stops of great productive value. I love it. A final thought: cameras are disposable, lenses are investments.

Cheers,

Rick
