I have come to the cross road, New RAW converter DXO or Capture one ?

As much as I still love Capture NX2 the realization is I need to find an alternative and have narrowed the choice down to two.........

On thing I really miss from Capture NX2 are geometry correction options. I want the replacement to have a strong tool for this.

I have problems with Capture one, Long term, if medium format dies off will they still be around to support the software? Lens profiles for Nikon are limited, They seem to update OFTEN and at quite a cost.....

DXO, raw converter quality is an unknown. Company is small, Geometry correction costs another $80, but Viewpoint looks awesome

I am not interested in file management, Just PQ and adjustments.

Any opinions?

Don't offer Lightroom as an option. I have tried it and hated it.........

I just wish a company would buy Capture NX2 and keep supporting it.
