Image Stabilisation: does camera take it into account when setting parameters?

I have GX7 which has IBIS, I'm just wondering, if the camera take it into account when choosing the right aperture, shutter speed, ISO base on light meter or do I need to manually set them? For example, if I'm in P mode and without IBIS the camera sets SS to 1/600, F2.0 and ISO 400, if IBIS is on (let's say 1 stop), does it decrease ISO to 200 or do I have to take it into account and adjust settings accordingly?

Sorry for this dumb question but I really don't have an idea as a newbie.

Thanks!
