If your camera says you need 1/10, 1/125 is about 3.5 stops underexposed.   Trying to pull up a RAW that much is likely to give you a noisy mess.    What is the ISO?   It is generally preferable to turn up the ISO (at least to 1600-3200) rather than underexposing and then pulling it up.
