I keep this in mind when considering that maybe the 7-14 + 12-40 + 40-150 + TC is still a large setup. It really isn't compared to any equivalent APS-C or FF setup.

Going back to my E M1 12-40 'too large' complaints I heard and saw the comments like you made here and more from defenders of the lens/body size and heft and bulk. What it distills down to is, people's wants from the M43 system vary.

There is no wrong view nor is it necessary for people holding different views to try to take those who feel differently to school on why one thinks they aren't seeing it the right way. But that's what I think. I loved the 12-40 2.8 but it's out for me now and fast primes is my preference, especially considering the range covered by the lens isn't exactly spectacular.
