Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 Overexposes at F5.6 and lower (F6.3 and so on)

Just bought the Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM, i've been really satisified with the performance but i realized it overexposes every picture starting slightly at F5.6 and lower.

You have to compensate with the EV but then when you quickly switch back to F2.8, you'd have to turn the EV back to normal again.

Can this be fixed with the USB Dock or is there any simple solution in the way i shoot? I'm using a Nikon D3300 and try to use ISO 100 as good as always when shooting in daylight.

Thanks, Jon.
