Should I upgrade camera body (DX to DX or DX to FX) or add WA lens - please advise

Currently I own Nikon D5100 with 18-55mm kit (DX), 35mm f/1.8g (DX), 85mm f/1.8g (FX), 70-300mm VR (FX) and Nissin Di700 flash. Most of my shots include travel photography (places, people, monuments, interiors), landscapes, portraits, birding, kids' sports, a little bit of macro and videography at times.

Although I'm happy with my D5100, what I feel lacking with my current equipment are:
Body related :
1. Low light performance - cannot use high ISO. With higher ISO comes higher noise levels.

2. Viewfinder is very small for me (I wear specs).

3. I do a lot of cropping with my photos and IQ drops with cropping.

4. No weather-sealing.

5. No built-in focus motor. Have to buy pricier lenses.

Lens related:
4. Sometimes I miss the focal length on the wider side (for landscapes, city-scapes and star-scapes)

Thanks for reading!
