EF-M 11-22mm f/4 IS STM - Wide Enough ! (PICS)

I was one of the earliest adopters of this lens about 15 months ago. It was my primary and sole UW shooter before the 16-35LIS arrived on the scene. You are finding out now what several of us have known for a while, that is, that this lens is a hidden gem. Some comments based on my experience over the last year and a half of use:
- Filters: like most UW lenses, regular or thread-size polarizers will vignette. Upsizing thr filter solves the problem.
- Lock switch: the lock switch is to collapse and lock the lens for transport. Once collapsed the lens is the size of a Kiwi fruit.
- IS: You can unbury the on/off switch by putting it on My Menu settings.
- The build and construction is certainly better than the recent ES-S STM offerings. Nevertheless the metal of the zoom ring is soft. I left mine in a camera bag with a 70-200L lens. In transit they rubbed together. The M lens zoom ring was worn down a bit on a spot while the L showed no wear.
- the lens is f/4-5.6, not f/4.
I tested it against the 16-35IS and posted the images on the forum about nine months ago. The M lens acquitted itself very well. The comparo is here: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3707504
Some of my favorite images taken with the lens, all near or at 11mm and handheld:

IS in action at 2+ stops below 1/FL, several minutes before sunrise, at f/5.6 and ISO 1000.
