Re: To those with both EM5-II and EM1

Adam, although I never owned the E-M1, I did own the E-M5 for three years until April this year when I traded it in at my local camera store for the E-M5 Mark II.  The one comment I'll make about the difference is that I had the full two-part grip with the Mark I (although I never used the bottom part that could hold a second battery), and I did like the handling and feel of the Mark I better with the first of the two grip sections on it.  With the Mark II, though, I just haven't felt a need to buy the new grip (I know the original bottom half works with both models).  The redesigned front side of the camera with the curved rather than straight protuberance seems to provide a significant improvement in both the feel of the camera and its handling, at least for me--and I have large hands.  I use it mainly with the Panasonic 14-140 II lens (you helped with that decision with your review and thread about it last fall), and it seems to handle well.  But I don't know how the larger, heavier Oly 12-40 would handle on it, either with or without the add-on grip.

And this brings me to a lens question for you:  How would you compare the results you get between your 12-40 and 14-140 II, in their shared focal lengths, when used outdoors in good light?
