Re: To those with both EM5-II and EM1

the em5ii would not be in the race for me without eh HLD-8 which though (incredibly) ugly and uncomfortable does make the camera far more usable with larger lenses and helps overcome the discernibly poorer battery life of the em5ii... ultimately I want the EM1ii when it comes out assuming it will have the em5ii features.

it was the deep grip and extra buttons which drew me to the EM1 in the first place - I never use the buttons on the left side as I don`t do HDRs or use tracking AF etc and the EM5-II has the extra buttons ..

I don`t like the way the EM1 handles with the HLD7 on it for some reason, can`t explain why especially as my main cam is a 1DS-III with the grip bit built in , I like even less that one batt is I the body and one in the grip (the old DSLR method was to have both batts in the grip and a protrusion which went into the batt compartment which also negated the need for a plastic plug on the camera base)  .. if I was to get a grip for the EM5-II it`d be without the battery box part .
