What shutter speed for pulling still photos from 4K video when shooting sports?

I’ve been shooting quite a bit of photos and HD 1080P videos of my son’s baseball games this season using both my NX1 and NX500. However, I want to give 4K video a try this weekend at my son’s baseball tournament using the NX500. I choose the NX500 because of its 1.6 crop in 4K, which results in a longer focal length that will keep me closer to the action. I’ll be using the 50-150 S lens, as well. I also want to be able to pull the 8 MP photos from the 4K video. My question is…given that I want to pull still photos from the 4K video, what shutter speed should I be using? Normally, I follow the 2X the frame rate rule and I believe in most cases still works for pulling photos from 4K video. However, does this change when shooting sports and action? Should I shoot with a faster shutter speed? If so, how fast? I do know that if the shutter speed it too high…that results in the video looking ”strobey.” I want to be able to have good quality video and photos. Thoughts?
