Is it because I do not like slow telephoto zoom lenses?

with this range in any format, I'd love to see it.

You get 2 of the following lenses for the price:
80's kit lenses, tons are on the marked:
Carl Zeiss Planar T* 1.7 50mm or
Zuiko 1.8 50mm (or even the 1.4)

F-Zuiko AUTO-T 2.0 85mm

Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 2.8 135mm (extreme good value for money today)
Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 2.8 180mm (quite rare, so go for the 135)

If Zeiss, go for a C/Y or HFL mount. Contax / Rollei owners usually where enthusiats paying with own money and they took care of their lenses.

A Zeiss Planar T* 85 1.4 is excellent, but will not be in your budget, but sometimes it is found in a Contax heritage, you pay USD 200 and get a nice, but maybee useless RTS, along.

Great, so you came up with some legacy prime lenses with different focal lengths that don't auto-focus and you couldn't buy new anyway, why didn't you suggest a pin-hole camera and be done with it.
