Amazon has a seller offering the old 300D selling the camera and kit lens for $139!

I paid $1,600 plus taxes for the 300D and kit lens. The CF card and battery grip added made it well over $2K.

Uhg!

No need to say Ugh!. Digital cameras should be viewed as disposable and worthless immediately after purchase good only for capturing the images you need. Spare no expense on your lenses, but really I don't think most people (even some pros) need more than a rebel. I'm much more concerned about the lighting at this point. I did buy a 5DII when they came out, but it was because of the whole DSLR video film making craze it sparked. I just had to have it. My last rebel was the T2i. The T6s seems to have enough that's worth upgrading to.

What made you think that you needed a FF camera? For video?
