Twelve years is hardly enough for a mass-produced item to make 'antique' category.   It might be one in tech terms, but not the kind of antique collectors would go for.

Put it in a well-sealed box, store in a safe place.   Who knows, maybe n 300 years your descendants will find it, and after the expertise establishes that it is indeed a genuine turn-of-millennium production, and not something they just 3D-printed, it will sell for a fortune.
