Received the NX500 yesterday to go along side the NX1!

I received the NX500 yesterday! The NX500 was purchased for my wife because she wanted a small camera that produced high quality photos and video. Since I own the NX1 and both S lenses, the NX500 seemed to be a good choice because this keeps my wife and I in the same camera system. Last evening, I spent a couple of hours becoming familiar with the NX500 and I have to say that I’m impressed with this little gem! My wife prefers using the rear display versus an EVF. I also find myself using the rear display more than the EVF in my NX1, as well. Therefore, the lack of an EVF in the NX500 isn’t a negative for my wife and me.
I also wondered how my S lenses would feel/handle on the NX500. I was surprised to discover that the 16-50 S lens felt very comfortable on the NX500! I then tried the 50-150 S lens and though it looks very odd being a large lens, the 50-150 S lens is certainly “doable” on the NX500. I’ve been shooting quite a bit of photos and video of my son’s baseball games this year using my NX1 with the 50-150 S lens. Though this weekend I’m going give the NX500 with the 50-150 S lens a try during my son’s baseball games! My wife says she would be embarrassed to use the 50-150 S lens on the NX500 because it looks very strange. However, I have no problem with looking strange...LOL.
