which kit lenses to get for the panasonic g7?

New to the forums and relatively new to digital photography, so bear with me.
Having had a passing very amateur interest in shooting video and stills to accompany my adventuring the last few years, since my little camcorder died I've decided to invest in a camera system. My use will be 50/50 video and stills, mostly outdoor action and landscape (skiing in the winter, biking in the summer.) Nothing for professional use, just personal enjoyment and some light blogging and social media-ing. Shooting action everything from very close up to a few hundred yards away.
Pretty sure I'll get the soon to be released panasonic g7 as it seems like it will fit my needs. Ideally would like something a little smaller as I would love to be able to fit the camera in a winter jacket pocket or saddle bag in the summer, but I do like the idea of 4k capability and the photo grab from 4k movie mode.
With compactness in mind, it seems like I would be best suited with the 12-32 kit lens that comes on the smaller cameras instead of the 14-42 that comes with the g7, so much smaller! My thinking right now is that I would just sell the 14-42 and get the 12-32. Will that be a good kit zoom for the g7 for photo and video? Is there a reason I should stick with the 14-42? Any reason to have both these lenses? Or is there another lens I should be considering if a highly portable lens capable of decent video is my priority?
I also want telephoto capability. One buying option is to add the 45-150 for $100. Seems like a good deal. Or For $300 more I could get the 14-140 instead of both the 14-42 and 45-150. What would be the reason to go for this option? If I'm not concerned about switching out lenses to get the full zoom range is there any advantage performance-wise of the 14-140 over the 45-150? Again, I want decent video functionality.
Thanks for your feedback and patience with a newbie!
