K-3 or K-S2 (or K-50) for outdoor photography?

I am new to DSLR but would like to get my feet wet. I had an analog SLR during the 80`s and took a lot of outdoor pictures. I am considering to buy a K-3, K-S2, or a K-50, but I don´t know which one will suit me best. I like Pentax due to their viewfinders and wheather sealing.

I want to shoot outdoor scenes like birds, flowers, and insects. Which one of them are more suitable? Is the AF better on the K-3 than the other two? I´ve read that the AF on the K-3 isn´t up to par with Canon or Nikon though, but that Pentax has improved on it in the K-3 II. Will they still be ok for bird-in-flight?

I like the display on the K-S2 since it should be easier to take low angle macro photos with it, but it doesn´t have touch screen which would come in handy when you have the camera on the ground and just point on the screen where you want it to focus.

From my limited point of view the advantages are:

K3. More professional camera. Sensor. Faster. But heavy.
K-S2. Vari-angle monitor. Wifi. Lighter.
K-50. Cheaper.

The K3 is actually about $120 cheaper than K-S2 where I live.

I know this probably is a common request, but can someone give me some advise or share your experiences?
