Agree completely. There's certainly no shortage of lenses for the E-mount. With an appropirate adapter, it will accept almost any lens ever made....... one of the biggest reasons why I bought it was so I could use my rather substantial collection of manual focus lenses with it
With my A7S I use my old Leica M lenses (35, 50, 90 and 135mm). The exception is the Elmarit-M 21mm which has pronounced luminance and color vignetting on the A7S. It can be handled in Cornerfix, but I like to save that extra PP step. So for the WA end I use a Sony-Zeiss 16-55, but otherwise my old Leica M glass works beautifully and is small and light. My Nikon glass also works very well but is more bulky. A heavy 80-200/2.8 zoom is not a well balanced match with the smallish A7X. But a 200/4 AI-S works fine. I also bought a couple of dirt cheap Russian lenses which also works fine.
