Ditto for me.  I had an X100S and the shutter speed dial was so cumbersome to use.  To use speeds between the full stops I had to switch to the dial, and it could only go up or down 2/3 stops.

For manual exposure on the Nx500, I use one dial for aperture and the other for shutter speed.  If I want to change ISO, it's one button press away (down arrow).  Same with exposure compensation if I'm using Auto ISO on manual exposure (Fn button).
