Kookaburra, GX7, 100-300
16

Staying with friends at Frankston (Melbourne, Vic, Aust) with a well established garden. The kookaburra came and sat on the branch of a tree near the house. Unfortunately, it would not oblige by moving to an area where I couldget a clear shot of it unmottled by branch shadows, but it did patiently sit while I took pix from a couple of different vewpoints. I underexposed a little, adjusted that in PP, and sharpened just a little in PP too. The EXIF tells the story of aperture nd shutter speed.

I was pretty pleased with the results from the camera/lens combo. Easy to hold, by the way.
